The subject of politics can be studied from different approaches. Transcendental political philosophy is a branch of Islamic wisdom and philosophy that deals with politics from the perspective of transcendental wisdom. Using some principles in ‘Elm al-Nafs (psychology) such as “al-Nafs Jesmāniyah al-Hodouth va Rowhāniyah al-Baqā’” (physical creation and spiritual survival of Nafs, “al-Nafs fi Vahdatehā kol al-Qovā” (Unity among all faculties of Nafs), al-Tashkik fi Marāteb al-Nafs” (uncertainty in the levels of Nafs) and, Mullā Sadrā regards an excellent and high position for a human. In this respect, the purpose of the present study is to apply some ‘Elm al-Nafs (psychological) discussions in transcendental wisdom to explain transcendental political philosophy. The central question is how we can explain transcendental political philosophy using psychological arguments of transcendental philosophy. The method of study is descriptive, qualitative, and inferential and according to the results, some features such as human’s transcendental and inquisitive aspects, the priority of his spiritual over physical aspect, Sirurat (becoming) and human’s innate dynamism, the feasibility of ascending in human’s existential levels, human’s unity and oneness despite plurality of his faculties and states, pave the way for the substantiation of transcendental politics, bi-level prosperity, perfect human, and transcendental utopia.
