The purpose of the present study is the comparative review of Islamic relations and western positive sciences. The method of study is descriptive-analytic and the results showed that in the view of Islam, the mere consistency between science and reality does not suffice for the accuracy of science and scientific propositions, but rather, it is also important that science be the truth. Consistency between science and reality is determined with the assistance of experience, but it is not enough by itself. In religious science, problem analysis in the realm of relations is followed conforming to religious values as well as accepted assumptions in anthropology and epistemology. It means that problem analysis is conducted based on religious values and norms or raised as scientific questions. New science in western relational paradigmatic ideology has ignored transcendental stages of existence and has become dissociated from them. As a result, even if its results are trustworthy within the material world, its other purports conveying worlds higher than materiality will be defected. The definition of human in religious science is different from that of paradigms in relational science. In the religious viewpoint, since humans have different existential aspects, their acts should be reviewed and determined based on them. The most important difference between religious science and other paradigms, especially non-religious ones, lies in the anthropological outlook of Islam.
